I offer a bespoke collaborative Home Staging & Interior Styling service tailored to your budget. I have a lifetime of personal experience of buying, selling, renting & building homes


Founding Staging Your Home for Sale has given me an opportunity to put my love of interior design, furniture & accessories to full use, while selling your home more quickly & for its best price!! I will objectively assess the level of staging your home requires. We will make an informed commercial decision together or collaboratively with your Estate Agent as to the value we can add to your home.

I offer an eclectic inventory of Furniture, Accessories & Wall Art from vintage to contemporary to suit every home's style. If your home is already suitably furnished, you may just need to avail of an Accessories Package, prices starting from €1,000.

An initial consultation with me to advise on how to stage your home costs from €200, this fee will be deducted if you contract me to project manage or stage your home fully or partly.

MISNOMERS/MISTRUTHS WHEN PREPARING YOUR HOME FOR SALE

  • The Home will sell regardless of presentation - untrue!

  • Buyers can see through clutter - not! 

  • Buyers can imagine how to use the room space & functionality - 80% of Buyers cannot!

  • There is no point in preparing the Home for Sale as the new Buyer will strip it all back anyway -untrue!

  • Lower value homes do not merit staging - absolutely untrue!

  • It is a good idea to show a Home empty as a blank canvas -  you need to demonstrate the home's best features!

  • Empty rooms look bigger - the opposite is true!
